We use the PRISM Team Diagnostic tool to help you gauge your team's pulse. The online survey uses 18 simple data points to measure how each team benchmarks against general high performing teams in three key dimensions; achievement, relationships and team spirit.  
 
This insight together with a focused workshop reveals what makes your team tick, your strengths, blind-spots and how you can increase your collective impact.

Designed and implemented a Leadership Framework with supporting tools (self-assessment, 360 initiative, buddying programme and an online resource toolkit). 
12 month, cross-functional leadership development programme with modular workshops, coaching and action learning.
